Manitoba PNP exercises an Expression of Interest (EOI) system to supervise and organise profiles of immigrants seeking provincial nominations. Immigrants applying under the International Education streams, MPNP's Skilled Worker in Manitoba, and Skilled Worker Overseas must create their EOI profile.
All the EOI profiles are collectively put forward in the MPNP EOI pool. Manitoba then organises frequent provincial draws to request applications for provincial nominations that have the highest score.
60 out of 100 points are required to apply for Manitoba provincial nomination. Points are allocated based on language skills, age, educational level, and work experience.
